The HTTP 404, 404 Not Found, and 404 error message an HTTP standard response codes in computer network communications to indicate that the client was able to communicate with a given server, but the server could not find what was requested.

In other words, a 404 page is how a website tells a user the link they are trying to access is no longer available. This often happens because the page was archived, deleted, or incorrectly typed.

Customize your 404 page through the Custom 404 module. Any customization will apply to all 404 errors generated on the website. If it is a third-party 404 error, the customized 404 will not show.

Instructions

  1. Click on the Site Tools icon, then click Custom404Custom 404 option in the Site Tools menu.

  2. Edit your Custom 404 messageEdit Custom 404 Message.

  3. Select Save and PublishSave and publish button.

    Note:

    Changes will take effect immediately on the live site.
