This article will show you how to navigate through a two-factor login. Two-factor authentication through CivicPlus Single Sign-On now uses authenticator apps rather than email to improve security for users.
Instructions
When the login screen appears, enter your credentials
You will be taken to a second screen to enter your Authenticator code. Open the authenticator app that you used during setup, and copy and paste the code in the box.
Select Sign In before the one-time code has expired, and you should be successfully signed in and redirected to your destination URL
