View Subscriber Details

This article will show you how to view contact information and other details for a single subscriber in Notifications Admin.

Important Note

Information on this screen is currently read-only.

Instructions

1. Sign in to your organization's Notifications Admin site (http://notifications.civicplus.com/[orgname]/admin)

2. Navigate to the Subscribers tab

   Note: You can also access subscriber details on the Subscription Lists tab under Actions, Subscribers.

3. Select the desired subscriber

4. View subscriber details

   Note: The fields will appear grayed out as they are currently read-only.

   • First/Last Name: View the first and last name of the subscriber

   • E-Mail: View the email address for the user. If the email has been validated, a checkmark will appear in the field.

   • Phone Number: Find the subscriber's phone number, if provided

   • Subscribed To: The subscription lists the user has subscribed to

   • First Subscribed: View when the user first subscribed to a list for your organization
