When a public user sends a message to their municipality, they will now be able to apply some basic formatting with the use of an editor.
The CP Admin toolbar has been added in the upper right corner for logged in users. This provides profile links for resetting passwords, updating settings and sign out. Users also have quick link options for the help center, release notes and submitting support tickets.
