All content on your Open site can be managed from the Content page. From this page, you may search for, edit, and manage all files, images, and videos, published or unpublished.

Search Content

The Content tab of the Content page allows you to search for all content. Select the appropriate content tab to search for a File, Image, or Video.

Instructions

Sign in to your site
Click Manage Content
Select the appropriate content tab
- Content: All pages on your site
- Files: A list of all files uploaded to your site
- Images: A list of all images uploaded to your site
- Videos: A list of all videos uploaded to your site
- Background Images: A list of all background images available to use on your site
Set the search filters; each tab will have some or all of these filters
- Search: Enter the title of the content to search by title
- Published: Differentiate between published and unpublished content
  - True: Display published content
  - False: Display unpublished content
- Changed Start: The date the content was changed; this can be a date or a subtraction from the current date, as seen in the image above
- Change End: The end date of the search range
- Type: Display content based on its type
- News Type: Display content based on news type
- Microsite: Display content based on its microsite
Click Apply
