Create an FAQ

Expand Create Other
Click Create FAQ
Complete the Question and Answer fields
Select the Categories and Terms tab
Enter the category the question is associated with
Select the Related Content tab and complete the Related Content fields, if desired
Select the Weight tab
Enter an FAQ weight
Note:
FAQs will display in Alphabetical order by default, but weights may override this setting for a specific item. Lower weights will rise to the top, and higher weights will sink to the bottom.
Publish the FAQ
Click Save

Edit an FAQ

Navigate to the page
Expand the FAQ you want to publish or unpublish
Click edit
Select the Publishing tab
Complete the Publishing options
- Published: Check or uncheck the box to publish or unpublish, respectively
- Publish On: Manually select or type a date and time to publish the event at a later date
- Unpublish On: Manually select or type a date and time to automatically unpublish the event
Click Save

Important Note
Only Site Admins can perform this function. This action cannot be undone.

Question: Type the frequently asked question
Microsite: Select the appropriate microsite for the question
Answer: Type the answer/response to the question
Summary: Enter a summary of the question or topic

This field is only visible after clicking Edit Summary
