Image Size Requirements

  • Department Page: Upper Right Corner

    • Must be at least 320 pixels wide by 160px high and no larger than 1200px by 1200px.

  • Free Form Document

    • The Image field must be between 90x90 and 1200x1200

    • In the WYSIWYG editor (any page), Images cannot be more than 1200px by 1200px, but the file browser will resize the image automatically for you if it's larger than that.

  • Slideshow

    • No minimum requirements for slideshow images. However, it is highly recommended to have images at least 1200px wide.

  • Bulletin

    • No smaller than 800px by 400px

  • News and Announcement

    • Must be between 90px by 90px and 1200px by 1200px.

  • Website Background

    • Site backgrounds have to be at least 1200px wide, with a recommended size of 2000px wide.

  • Person Profile

    • Must be between 90px by 90px and 1200px by 1200px pixels

  • Blog Entry

    • Must be between 90px by 90px and 1200px by 1200px pixels

  • Event

    • Must be between 90px by 90px and 1200px by 1200px pixels
