The CivicPlus Resident Portal streamlines the resident user experience as they interact with the CivicPlus products leveraged by a local government customer in ways such as driving revenue, trust, and satisfaction. All Web Web Open sites have a Resident Portal configured and available at /portal. This is the primary destination for the public to sign up for notifications.
