This article walks through how staff users can sign in to your Municipal Websites Open website. CivicPlus Sign-On is an authentication solution that improves your user experience and makes your daily interactions with our products easier. CivicPlus Single Sign-On (SSO) allows you to use one set of user credentials to easily move between your organization's CivicPlus products.

Instructions

  1. Navigate to your site

  2. Click the Staff Login link in the footer The Staff Login link in the bottom left corner of the Web Open site.

  3. Enter your Email Address in the Email field The text entry field labeled Email.

    • Remember me: Check to prevent the ending of your authentication session when closing your browser window.

  4. Click Continue The button labeled Continue under the email field.

    Note:

    If your organization uses a Custom Identity Provider for sign-ins, you will be redirected to your organization's sign-in screen after clicking Continue. Once you have signed in, you will be redirected to your homepage as depicted in Step 7.

  5. Enter your Password The text entry field labeled Password.

  6. Click Sign In The button labeled Sign In under the password field.

Reset Password
