Filtered Timeline Printing for Requests

We've added the ability to filter the request timeline by specific event types (such as Internal and External messages) and print only the filtered results. When a filter is applied, the button updates to "Print Filtered Request," and the generated PDF includes only the filtered timeline events, while all other request content remains unchanged.

Auto-Assigned Point of Contact Now Visible in Request Timeline

We've added the ability to display the auto-assigned Point of Contact (POC) in the Request Timeline when a new request is submitted. Alongside the assigned Department and support staff, the POC will now be clearly shown to improve visibility and accountability. This timeline entry appears immediately upon submission, ensuring you always know who's responsible for the request.
