Detailed logging and metrics are available on the document view page. These metrics help agency and guest users understand how documents are being accessed.
What Counts as a View
Any access to the document counts as a view. This includes:
Opening the document
Downloading the document from the request page
Downloading the document using the download button on the document page
Metrics Shown for Agency Users
Number of Views by Agency Users
Number of Views by Requesters
Number of Views by Non-Requester (Logged-In Public/Guest Users)
Number of Views by Non-Requesters (Non-Logged-In Public)
Metrics Shown for Guest Users
Note:
“Guest Users“ refers to both logged-in guest users and non-logged-in public users.

Sign in to your site
Click the Documents tab in the upper-left corner of the Portal Dashboard:
Select the desired document:
View metrics for the document in the side panel to the left of the PDF viewer:
Number of Views by Agency Users: The number of views by agent users
Number of Views by Requester: The number of views by requesters
Number of Views by Non-Requester (Logged-In): The number of views by logged-in public/guest users
Number of Views by Non-Requester (Non-Logged-In): The number of Views by (non-logged-in) public users, or by the Requester if they click a shareable document link they received by email while logged out of the portal
