Improved Notification Preferences for Staff Users

Staff users can now enable or disable Overdue/Due Soon notifications for requests and tasks separately. This helps reduce unnecessary alerts for requests they cannot act on. The two Overdue/Due Soon Email preferences checkboxes.

Changes

Overdue/Due Soon notifications are now categorized into:
- Requests
- Tasks assigned to the user
Users can customize their settings to receive only relevant notifications
With "requests" notifications disabled, users don't receive alerts for Overdue/Due Soon requests
With "tasks" notifications disabled, users don't receive alerts for Overdue/Due Soon tasks
User interface and notification settings updates allow for better clarity and control
