Pay an Invoice

Important Note

You must be signed into your account to pay an invoice.

Instructions

  1. Click the View Request button on the invoice email notification you received A blue, rectangular View Request button on an email.

  2. View the Request Timeline to see invoice details Invoice request timeline.

  3. Pay the invoice in one of three ways:

    1. Click Pay Invoice in the lower right-hand corner of the timeline entry The white, rectangular Pay Invoice button.

    2. Click Pay Invoice at the top of the request The white, rectangular Pay Invoice button at the top of the request.

    3. Click the $ (dollar sign) icon in the invoice box to the left of the request timeline Dollar sign icon on invoice.

  4. You will be redirected to the payment processor where you will then follow the prompts to submit your payment.

  5. Once the payment is completed, the agency will be notified that you have paid the invoice.
