Add a Calendar Booking Event to a Form

Once you have your provider and scheduling page set up, you can add an event to a form to ensure that the person filling out the form will be able to choose an appropriate date and time upon submission of the form.

Instructions

  1. Sign in to your site

  2. Navigate to Forms and select the form you wish to add the schedule toThe Forms tab in the left navigation menu with a form selected on the page.

  3. Navigate to the Workflow tab The Workflow tab on the form builder screen.

  4. Select the Calendar Booking Events option and click Add Calendar Booking EventUser interface for pet license renewal with highlighted calendar booking event option.

  5. Fill out the fields for the event Form fields for calendar bookings, including name and email mapping options.

    • Provider: Select the applicable provider from the drop-down

    • Scheduling Page: Choose the relevant scheduling page

    • Event Details: An optional additional description to include in the body of the email sent to users

    • Booking Field Mapping: Name and Email will need to be entered to make the booking. If you are already capturing them in the form make sure to map those elements here.

    • Run Conditionally: Scheduling submission events can be run conditionally, configure the conditional logic to ensure bookings only occur when needed

  6. You can then add an Email Submission Event and toggle on the Include calendar booking details in PDF optionSettings for PDF configuration including options for calendar booking details and submission events.

  7. Click Save
