Attend the Project Kickoff Meeting (approximately 30 minutes)
Review the follow-up email outlining the scope and project timeline
Provide approval of the project timeline
Participate in the Power Automate Information / Introduction session (approximately 1 hour)
Phase Three Checklist: Optimize
Estimated Time Commitment: 3 to 5 hours
Attend the Consulting Call
30 minutes for Power Automate-only implementations
30 minutes for SDK or developer-supported implementations
Complete Administrator Training (self-guided) (approximately 1 hour)
Attend Forms Training Part 1 (approximately 1 hour)
Attend Forms Training Part 2 (approximately 1 hour)
Begin configuring forms, workflows, and settings based on training guidance
Phase Four Checklist: Educate
