Launch the Data Manager Applet

This article walks through how to launch the Data Manager solution and manage submission data.

Instructions

  1. Sign in to your site

  2. Open Data ManagerThe Data Manager section is highlighted in the application menu for easy access.

  3. Click Launch on the Summary tab Data Manager interface showing an option to launch.

  4. Managers can toggle between the forms assigned to their group via the dropdown at the top Dropdown menu for forms in Data Manager.

  5. The form submission data will display Data Manager interface showing pet license renewal details for a pet named Patti.

  6. You can filter the data by selecting the three-dot menu on a column and selecting specific criteria to display Filter input field for submissions with options to clear or hide results.

  7. The following tools at the bottom of the screen can also be used Buttons for refreshing, downloading, adjusting columns, and clearing filters in a user interface.

    • Refresh: Select to refresh the screen to see new data

    • Download: Save a CSV file of the data

      Note:

      The download will take into account any hidden columns, filters, or sorting for the data.

    • Columns: Select the columns you would like to show or hide

    • Clear Filters: If filters are set, select to clear all
