Review and Manage Volunteer Applications

Learn how you can approve, decline, or export applicants on your Volunteer Solution.  

Instructions

  1. Navigate to VolunteersVolunteers menu.

  2. Click LaunchLaunch button.

  3. If necessary, log in with your Organizational Administrator credentials

  4. Click the Profile button Profile icon.

  5. Choose AdministrationAdministration.

  6. On your Organizations page, select View on the relevant listing View organization.

  7. Click Applicants to view the pending, approved, and denied applications Opportunities applicants button.

  8. View the list of applications View applications.

  9. Click an applicant's name to view their Volunteer ProfileVolunteer profile.

  10. Click Approve to approve applicants Approve applicant button.

    Note: Approve the maximum number of volunteers for your listing (configured when you created the listing)

  11. Click Decline to notify pending applicants who were not selected that the listing has been filled Decline applicants button.

  12. To export a list of volunteers, locate and click the Export button to export a CSV file of applicants Export applications button.
