Activities are an essential foundation for configuring your recreational services. Activity setup is used to determine the type of service that will be provided such as an event, ticket, camp, or membership.

When to Use

Activities are created to house sessions for anything you wish your Users to register for such as:

  • Events

  • Programs

  • Camps and Afterschool

  • Leagues

  • Memberships

  • More services that you would like to advertise or take registrations.

How to Apply

While learning how to create an activity, you may experience areas where you have questions. If you have any questions or run into issues, please keep track of them so your CivicPlus representative may address them.

Consider the different programs you may offer to your users

Consider memberships and special events you may offer to your users

Build your activities and configure their settings in preparation for creating sessions
