Add an Account Note

This article will show you how to add an internal note to an account. Some notes, such as Balance Adjustments and Flags modifications, will be automatically added to an account.

Instructions

  1. Log in to Recreation Management

  2. Search for and select a user Highlighted Search bar and selected user on the accounts page.

  3. Under the Account Notes section, select Add Note line itemAccount details  with an option to add notes highlighted.

  4. Fill in the information fields Popup window for creating a note with fields for action, note, and transaction ID.

    Note: Add the note you wish to display on the account

    • Transaction ID: If relevant, add a related transaction identification number

  5. Click Save New NoteCreate Note pop up with the Save New Note button highlighted.
