Add Facility Notes to a Session

This article will show you how to add Facility Notes to a session. These are notes for the facility staff to store with the reservation. Facility Notes will also appear on receipts.

Instructions

  1. Navigate to Activities, then to Activity List

    Navigation to the Activities tab and then click Activity List

  2. Expand an Activity expand

  3. Select Edit Session (pencil icon) next to the desired session edit session

  4. Navigate to the Schedule tab schedule

  5. Add a Facility Note to the textbox facility note box

    Note:

    Notes for facility staff will be stored with the reservation.

  6. Click Save Session save session
