This article will show you how to manually adjust the balance on an account.
Instructions
Log in to Recreation Management
Search and select a user

Under Account Actions, select Adjust Balance:

Note:
You can also select Past Due or Due Soon and then Adjust Balance at the top of the page:

Adjust the balance on the pop-up screen:

Old Balance Due: Non-editable, shows you the old balance that was due
New Balance Due: Edit the number to accurately reflect the new balance
Due On: Input a due date
Add any additional Comments at the bottom of the pop-up:

Click Submit:
