Apply Scholarships Through the Catalog

This article will show you how to apply scholarship money in the Catalog.

Important Note:

You cannot pay off balances in your Account with Scholarship money. You must process a transaction through the Catalog.

Instructions

1. Log into Recreation Management

2. Navigate to the Catalog tab

3. Select the Account to search for the correct account

4. Find the program session and select Add to Cart

5. Click Checkout

6. Respond to any Prompts or Waivers (will vary based on setup)

7. The applicable Scholarship will appear under the Total Charges

   Note:

   The scholarship applies to addons/discounts but not taxes.

8. Collect any remaining applicable fees and select Complete Transaction

9. The Transaction Receipt will show the amount paid through the Scholarship
