Released Enhancements
Improved Catalog Tab Design for Easier Navigation
We’ve refreshed the public catalog tab design in Recreation Management to make it easier for residents to browse and navigate available options.
Modernized tab styling for a cleaner, more intuitive look.
Clearer scroll indicators to show when more tabs are available horizontally.
Improved borders and gradients for better separation between tabs.
Consistent experience across all devices.
More distinct active and inactive states for easier scanning.
Why This Matters
Browsing the catalog is now more intuitive and visually clear. Residents can more easily:
Discover additional categories by recognizing that tabs can be scrolled.
Identify which tab is active at a glance.
Navigate the catalog with greater confidence on any device.
These updates help reduce confusion and improve overall usability, based directly on user feedback. This enhancement applies to organizations using the Mobile-Optimized Public View.
Create Saved Views for the Facility Schedule
You can now save customized Facility Schedule views and return to them anytime, no need to reapply filters.
Create up to 25 saved views per user.
Views are organized in alphanumeric order for easy access.
Apply a saved view with a single click to instantly load your setup.
Delete saved views and create new ones as needed.
Why This Matters
Staff can quickly access the Facility Schedule views they use most often, saving time and reducing repetitive setup during daily scheduling tasks.
Share Saved Views with Staff for the Facility Schedule
Saved views can also be shared with other staff members, making it easier to standardize how your team views and manages schedules.
Share views with specific staff users.
Recipients can access and use the shared view directly in their Facility Schedule.
Shared views remain available to others, even if the original creator deletes their copy.
Only eligible staff users appear in the share list, users without permission access groups and super admins are excluded.
Shared views reflect the configuration at the time they are shared; updates made later do not apply to previously shared views, so a new view should be created and shared if changes are needed.
Why This Matters
Teams can stay aligned by using consistent schedule views. Front desk staff, supervisors, and program coordinators can all work from the same filters and layouts, improving coordination and efficiency.
Facility Grid Accessibility Improvements
We’ve enhanced both the internal and public facility grids to improve accessibility and readability.
WCAG 2.1 - 1.4.11 Non-text Contrast (AA): Improved color contrast borders for clearer visibility of availability states.
WCAG 2.1 - 1.4.1 Use of Color (A): Added text labels (such as available, partial, unavailable) so status is not communicated by color alone.
Why This Matters
All uses, including those with low vision or color blindness, can more easily understand facility availability at a glance. These updates also align with modern accessibility standards, creating a more inclusive experience.
Manage Advanced Fillable Forms from Accounts Form and Document Center
For organizations using Advanced Fillable Forms, Staff can now manage resident forms directly from Accounts Form and Document Center, making it easier to track and manage required paperwork.
View key details such as status, timestamps, who completed the form, and related items/transactions
For incomplete forms:
Open and complete forms on behalf of residents
Resend form links through email
For completed forms:
Download submitted PDFs quickly
Why This Matters
Staff can resolve missing or incomplete forms faster without navigating away from resident’s account, improving efficiency and customer support.

New Data Fields Available for Activity Data Reports
We’ve enhanced the Activity Data (All) and Activity Data (All)(with Report Pickup) reports to give your team better visibility into session setup, without needing to open individual sessions. The following data fields are now available for all customers:
Instructor Per-Participation Amount (Access Tab)
Program Status, either Active or Cancelled (Advanced Tab)
Allow Online Registration (Yes/No) (Advanced Tab)
Deferred Revenue GL Code (Pricing Tab)
Description (Description Tab)
Receipt Description (Receipt Tab)
Facility (Schedule Tab)
Reserve Facility (Schedule Tab)
Why This Matters
These additions make it easier for administrators to review and audit financial, scheduling, and configuration details directly within the report, saving time and reducing manual effort.
