Assign a Receipt Template to Locations & Facilities

This article will show you how to assign a Receipt Template to a Location and any applicable Facilities.

Instructions

  1. Navigate to Facilities > Facility Listfacilities tab with facility list selected in the left navigation menu

  2. Edit the desired Location or create a new location edit or create location

  3. Use the Receipt Template drop-down to select the receipt select receipt template

  4. Select Save Locationsave location

  5. Expand the location and Edit the desired Facility or create a new facility edit or create facility

  6. On the Basics tab, select the Receipt Template from the drop-down select facility receipt

  7. Click Save Facilitysave facility button

  8. Repeat steps 5-7 for each facility you want to assign the receipt template to
