Assign POS Screens to the Correct Location

This article will show you how to assign POS screens to the correct location. This may be a solution if your POS items do not appear in the Catalog.

Important Note

POS screens are not public-facing. Rather, they are designed for internal use only. If you are not signed into a location as an internal user, you will not see the POS screen for that location.

Instructions

  1. Navigate to POS Items POS items option in the left navigation menu.

  2. Navigate to POS ScreensPOS Screens tab.

  3. Edit a screen Pencil icon next to a screen.

  4. Review and select appropriate locations Locations dropdown.

  5. Scroll to the bottom and select Save POS ScreenSave POS screen button.
