After starting a transaction with the payment terminal, the only way to cancel the transaction is by interacting with the CivicPlus Pay Tray Application.
Instructions
You can click the Cancel on the main prompt
After being prompted for the signature, you can click Cancel
Or, you can click the X in the top, right-hand corner, to cancel the transaction
After canceling the transaction, you can click Return to Application
