Configure Instructor Roster View & Participant Information

This article will show you how to configure viewing options for Instructor Management.

Instructor Management allows organizations to manage instructor lists and pay rates and allows instructors to have a limited view of activity rosters.

Instructions

  1. Navigate to the Configuration tab, select Organization, and then Organization Optionsorg options

  2. Scroll to or search for Participant Data Viewable by Instructors participant data instructors

  3. Select participant data to view on the public end participant data

    • Participant Name: Name of participant

    • Parent Name: Name of parent, if applicable

    • Address: Participant address

    • Email: Participant email

    • Phone 1-3: Phone number(s) for the participant

    • Age: Age of participant

    • Date of Birth (DOB): Birthday of the participant

    • Gender: Participant's gender

    • Amount Paid: Amount paid by the participant

    • Balance Due: The Amount that the participant still owes

    • Emergency Contact: Select to display Full Name, Relationship, Phone, and or Email for their emergency contact

  4. Select Save Settings at the bottom of the pagesave settings participant
