You can create a city translation on the ZIP Lookup Translations screen. This will automatically replace instances of a city name with a specified translation. For example, you can replace an abbreviation with the full name.
Instructions
Navigate to the Configuration tab, then select, Organization, and then Zip Lookup Translations
Click Create City Translation
Enter the City Name To Replace
Add the Translated City Name
Select Save New City Translation
