Designate Account Holder

The primary Account holder will be the first user created on the account and should always be an adult. This article will show you how to switch the Account Holder for an account.  

Important Note:

The Parent is the person who should be the main account holder and point of contact.

Instructions

1. Search and select a user

2. Under Account Actions, select Designate Account Holder

3. Select the account member you want to be the primary account holder

   Note: If you only view one account member, you will need to add either existing members or create new members to add to your account.

4. Click Update Parent
