Edit an Existing User on Mobile

This article will show you how to modify an existing user on a mobile device.

Instructions

  1. On your mobile Dashboard select User Searchuser search

  2. Search for and select a user Profileuser profile

  3. Edit the user fields as needed account fields

    Note: Fields will vary based on your site, including required fields.

    • Account:

      • Email Address (Required): The primary email address of the user

      • Password/Confirm Password (Required): Change and confirm a password

    • Basic Info:

      • Name: Provide first, middle, and last name

      • Gender: Specify the gender of the user

        Note: If you have enabled the Inclusive Gender Options setting, Non-Binary and Prefer Not To Say will show as options.

      • Birthdate: The user's date of birth

    • Contact:

      • Primary Phone: Adjust the primary phone number and mobile carrier

      • Mobile Phone: If desired, add a cell phone number and select the carrier

      • Work Phone: If desired, add a work phone and carrier

        Note: If listing a cell phone number, you must select the mobile carrier if the user wishes to receive text message notifications.

    • Address:

      • Address Line 1-2: Street address for the user

      • City, State, Zip: The zip code, city, and state of the user

      • Country: Select the correct country for the user

      • County: The user's residential county or parish

      • Apply Changes To Other Household Members: Select if you wish any changes you make to contact information for this account holder will apply to all members of the account

    • Emergency Contacts: Add emergency contacts for the user

      Note: If the Emergency Contacts Required organization option is enabled, you will be required to add the specified number of emergency contacts before creating the user.

    • Session Documents: View document(s) associated with the account's registered sessions

  4. Click Apply to save changes on any modified fields apply
