In the Membership/Pass Card Configuration setting, you can create and maintain your Membership Pass Card. You can also create a single card or multiple cards for each membership.

In any given card label, there are three options: Edit, Duplicate, and Delete. You have the ability to edit a card's options, including Card Attributes, Membership Type, and Custom User Fields, among others.

You can also edit a card's name through the main Membership Pass/Card screen.

Instructions

Navigate to Configuration > Templates > Membership/Pass Templates
Select the Edit tool next to the desired card name
Edit Card Attributes
- Card Background Color: Select a background color from the palette
- Background Image: Click Choose File to upload an image from your computer
- Border Size: Use the sliding scale to determine a border size
- Card Border Color: Select a border color either with an {{glossary.HTML}} code or with the palette
- Border Style: Use the drop-down menu to select a border style
Edit the Card Title
- Card Title: Edit the name of the card
  - Show on Card: Select to show the card name on the card itself
- Font Family: Choose the font
- Font Size: Determine the size of the font
- Font Color: Use an HTML code or the palette to select the color of the font
- Align: Choose how to align the text (left, right, center)
- Background Color: Use an HTML code or the palette to select the background color of the title area
Edit Organization Name
- Organization Logo - Show on Card: Select to show your organization logo on the card
- Organization Name - Show on Card: Select to show your organization name on the card
- Font Family: Select the font
- Font Size: Determine the size of the font
- Font Color: Use an HTML code or the palette to select the color of the font
- Align: Choose how to align the text (left, center, right)
Edit Member Attributes
- Member Name - Show on Card: Choose to show the member's name on the card
- Font Family: Select the font
- Font Size: Determine the size of the font
- Font Color: Use an HTML code or the palette to select the color of the font
- Align: Choose how to align the text (left, center, right)
- Member Photo: Choose to show the member's photo, if it is available
Edit Member Expiration
- Member Expiration - Show If Applicable: Select this option to show the member expiration, if there is one
- Font Family: Select the font
- Font Size: Determine the size of the font
- Font Color: Use an HTML code or the palette to select the color of the font
- Align: Choose how to align the text (left, center, right)
Edit Membership Type
- Membership Type - Show on Card: Select to show the membership type on the card
- Font Family: Select the font
- Font Size: Determine the size of the font
- Font Color: Use an HTML code or the palette to select the color of the font
- Align: Choose how to align the text (left, center, right)
- Background Color: Use an HTML code or the palette to select the background color of the title area
Edit Barcode
- Barcode:
  - Show on Card: Choose to show the barcode on the card
  - Include HRI: Choose to show the HRI (Human Readable Information); this includes numbers, letters, etc
- Bar Width and Height: Use the drop-downs to select the width and height
Edit Custom User Fields
Note:
Select the pre-existing custom user fields.
Click Save or Print Test Card
- Save: Saves the changes you made to the card
- Print Test Card: Will print out the card
