Edit Organization Policies

Organizational Policies allows you to enter and edit your organization's policies for the public to view on their Recreation Management account.

Instructions

  1. Navigate to Configuration > Organization > Organization Policies configuration, organization, organization policies in left navigation menuc.

  2. Navigate through tabs to edit your policies via the text boxes Policy tabs.

    • Cancellation Policy: Set the policy that applies to cancellations

    • Refund Policy: Edit your refund policy

    • Privacy Policy: Enter the policy you have for protecting the privacy of users

    • Terms and Conditions Policy: Modify your terms and conditions

  3. Click Update [Type] Policy at the bottom of a page to save changes Update cancellation policy button.
