Email Batch History

This article will show you how to view your Email Batch History. This feature allows you to see an archive of batch reports you have sent out. Use this to review past messages and details including the subject, the sender, submission and completion dates, and the number of recipients.

Important Note:

The batch history will only include emails sent through the following report types: People Finder or Roster Report.

Instructions

  1. Navigate to the Communicate tab, then select Email Batch History Left-hand menu, communicate option, email batch history option.

  2. View the email batch history Email batch history.

  3. Click on a Subject or Recipient number to view email information Subject and recipient number for viewing email informatoin.

    Note:

    Click on a user to be redirected to their account. Sent by user redirect to account.

  4. View the email details Email details screen.

    • From: Sender's name and email address

    • Sent At: Time that the message was sent

    • Subject: Subject heading of the message

    • Message: Content of the email

    • Recipients: Who received the message
