The Pending Rentals Module is a dedicated view for rentals pending staff Approval. This lesson will show you how to view, approve, deny, and adjust pending reservations.

Important Note:

  • If you process a pending rental request on the internal catalog for a facility that has the Admin Approval setting enabled, your request will automatically be approved. You will need to make a public user Account.

  • If you do not have a gateway configured to take payments yet, you may experience issues with processing a checkout on the public page. Please contact your CivicPlus Representative to address this.
