Previous Lesson: The Facility Calendar
The Facility Check-In screen will allow you to view information regarding reservations due on a specific day. Information that you will be able to see on this screen includes the facility where the reservation is to take place, the first and last name of the user who made the reservation, the check-in and check-out date of the reservation, the number of nights the user is staying, and a link to the receipt.
Important Note:
For customers who have purchased Document Management, if a document is requested in conjunction with a reservation, the document status (uploaded versus missing) will display in the Facility Check-in screen next to the reservation. Individuals with permissions will be able to view and verify uploaded documents.
