This article will show you how to hide all sessions in a Program Period. You may want to hide sessions from the public if registration is not open yet, if registration has closed, or if you are performing internal testing or set up before your site goes live. You can also delete program periods to remove them from the system entirely.
Instructions
Navigate to Activities > Program Periods
Click to Hide All Sessions Online next to your desired program period
Click Hide All Sessions Online on the pop-up to confirm
