Install the eDynamo and DynaFlex Drivers for CSG Forte

This article will walk you through installing the device drivers needed in order to use the MagTek eDynamo or MagTek DynaFlex with CSG Forte.

  1. Download the applicable driver:

  2. Or you can navigate to CSG Forte and select Downloads, Drivers, eDynamo Windows Installer, or Dynalfex Windows InstallerDownload menu with eDynamo and Dynaflex Windows installers highlighted under Drivers.

Instructions

  1. Open the downloaded file to start running the installation

  2. Select Yes on the pop-up asking you if you want to run the installereDynamo set up pop-up, yes button.

  3. Several windows will appear. On the first screen, select Next Next button.

  4. Select the installation Folder and select NextInstallation folder and next button.

  5. Select Next to start the installation Next confirm installation.

  6. When complete, select Close eDynamo driver installation pop-up, close button.

  7. In the command window, press any key and the window will disappear Forte App Data, user command window.

  8. To confirm that the driver is running in the background, go to your Windows search bar and type Services Windows search services.

  9. Open the Services app and scroll down until you see MagTek Service Services window MagTek driver.

  10. If the service is visible and running, then the driver has been successfully installed
