Instructor Portal Overview

When an instructor is assigned to a class, they have the ability to access the Instructor Portal using their Account Dashboard. This portal allows instructors to view rosters, contact registrants, and view past sign-in sheets.

Instructions

  1. Navigate to your Account Menu > Switch to Public View switch to public view

  2. Click Account account

  3. Click Instructor Portal instructor portal

  4. View the Instructor Portal view instructor portal

    • View: View and print a class roster view roster

    • Contact: Create and send an email to all registrants contact

    • Sign-in Sheets: View past sign-in sheets sign in sheets
