This article walks through how to view the waiting list status for a public account and remove it from the waiting list, if applicable.
Instructions
On the public Catalog, select Account

Click Waiting List Status in the right-hand menu

View the Waiting List Summary for the account

Entry Date: The date of the session the account is on the waitlist for
Position: The position of the account on the waiting list (1 means they are first in line)
Current Participation: The number of participants who are currently enrolled in the session
To remove the account from a waiting list, select Remove next to the item or check the boxes of the applicable items and click Remove Selected

A receipt will be sent to the account member noting that they have been removed from the waiting list
