Manage Waiting List Status on Public View

This article walks through how to view the waiting list status for a public account and remove it from the waiting list, if applicable.

Instructions

  1. On the public Catalog, select Account account

  2. Click Waiting List Status in the right-hand menu waiting list status

  3. View the Waiting List Summary for the account summary

    • Entry Date: The date of the session the account is on the waitlist for

    • Position: The position of the account on the waiting list (1 means they are first in line)

    • Current Participation: The number of participants who are currently enrolled in the session

  4. To remove the account from a waiting list, select Remove next to the item or check the boxes of the applicable items and click Remove Selected remove

  5. A receipt will be sent to the account member noting that they have been removed from the waiting list waiting list removal
