Action Logging for Calendar Events

Added Global Action Log Action for Calendar Admin Reservation Creation and edits to include; Standard Recording Timestamp, Action, Performed By, {{glossary.IP Address}}, notes, facility, date and time reserved. This is not retroactive.

Create New Pick up Report Options

New report pickup option for reports: Transaction report, Transaction Detail Report, and Consolidated {{glossary.AR}} Report.

Food Service Module

Back by popular demand, the Food Service module is now supported for customers. By default, the organization option is turned off. This can be enabled by CivicPlus Staff for your organization.

Resolved Problem Tickets

200585 Uploading Documents in Draft Status: In rare occasions, some uploaded documents would be saved in draft status, preventing staff from viewing the document
- Expected Functionality: All document types will be set to status published so staff members can view documents
931438 Cannot merge cross-organization duplicate accounts: Staff members are unable to merge duplicate accounts within their organization.
- Expected Functionality: The user merge system has been modified to accommodate merging users associated with multiple customers.
964489 Non-Admin staff cannot send reset password email from account: Staff members that did not have Admin permission level, were unable to see the reset password added to users accounts.
- Expected Functionality: Staff members with the permission (User, Edit permission) will be able to see the reset password button on user accounts.
905606 Refund Options Display Incorrect Amounts on Split Refund When Admin Fee: When refunding the remaining balance on a split refund, and an admin fee is withheld on the prior refund, staff does not receive the correct refund totals when the second credit card is the selected payment type.
- Expected Functionality: The number next to the Payment Method types should always be the same as the number on the Total Credit line in the form. The form code was changed to display the same number in both places.
201364 Activity Data Current Report Displaying Deleted Categories: Categories that have been deleted still appear in the respective column when using the Activity Data (Current) report.
- Expected Functionality: If categories have been deleted, they will no longer show on the activity data (Current) report.
206840 Facilities - location filter for pending rentals: On the pending rentals page, if staff users are not admins, they can’t see any locations under the location drop-down.
- Expected Functionality: Now staff users with pending rentals approval can see the location drop down regardless if they have Admin permission.
203907 Max Days Out Restriction Observed When Staff Make a Reservation Adjustment: Max day out restrictions were blocking staff members from making reservation adjustments.
- Expected Functionality: The reservation validation has been changed to allows internal users to adjust a reservation to be outside the max days out setting.
