Pay Past Due Payments

This article will show you how to view and pay payments that are Past Due.

Important Note:

If you need to find out the date of your Past Due payments, use the Transaction Browser to find your Receipt and view past payment dates.

Instructions

  1. Search for and select a user account search and select user

  2. Click Past Duepast due

  3. Select Make Paymentmake payment

  4. Adjust the Due Date From filter to include your past payment dates due dates

  5. Click Apply Filtersapply filters date

  6. Select the item(s) you want to pay select items

  7. Click Pay Selected Balancespay selected balances

  8. Complete any waivers or prompts (will vary by activity)

  9. Under Add Payment, select a payment typeadd payment

  10. Click Complete Transactioncomplete transaction button

  11. View your receipt receipt
