The Rec Sandbox is available to all current Recreation Management customers, in implementation or live. The sandbox provides a place to play and not make messes! If you want to test a new configuration, train staff, or just play around, it is a safe place to do so. Don't like what you created? No worries, it will be gone after the next refresh on Sunday.
Important Note:
Customers with dedicated hosting will have their own sandbox and their refresh schedule may differ.
How to Login
You will use the same credentials you use to log in to your production site, as long as the account was created prior to Sunday that week. If the account is brand new in production, then the account will also need to be created in the sandbox until the first refresh happens.
Note: Make sure you see the blue Development Server heading that identifies you are in the sandbox.
Refresh Schedule
The Recreation Management Sandbox makes a copy of the production site every Sunday.
