User Import Validation Emails - New Control Added (219280)

Issue: Account Validation emails were automatically sent to users after a user import, even when not desired.

Resolution: A new option has been added to the Users/Households Import process, allowing administrators to choose whether validation emails are sent. When enabled, a confirmation step is now displayed before completing the import. This update applies to both production and sandbox environments.

Note
If the TRIAL flag is on, validation emails will not be sent regardless of if the box is checked.

219544/RM-963 Batch email Editor Options Restored: After a recent release, several formatting and editing options were missing from the Batch Email editor, including font selection, font size, and standard editing menus.
- Expected Functionality: The Batch Email editor has been fully restored. All text formatting options and editing menus (such as File, Edit, Insert, View, Format, Table, and Tools) are now available as expected.
219570/RM-966 Organization Policies Saving Correctly: Updates made to Organization Policy settings were not saving after clicking Update.
- Expected Functionality: This issue has been resolved. Organization Policy changes now save correctly across all policy settings.
209929/RM0662 Duplicate User Finder Report Merge Issue Resolved: The Duplicate User Finder Report could become stuck loading when attempting to merge users, preventing the merge from completing.
- Expected Functionality: The merge process has been corrected. Users can now successfully merge duplicate accounts directly from the report without extended loading times or errors.
216814/RM-845 User Accounts Missing Required Data for Pinehurst: Some recently created user accounts were missing required information or appeared as orphaned child accounts.
- Expected Functionality: Affected accounts have been corrected and restored. Required account data has been repaired, account relationships have been properly reassigned, and impacted users can now manage their accounts normally. Specific user details can be found in the Implementation Details of #216814.
220059/RM-1092 Account Restoration Following Maintenance for Millbrae: In rare cases following system maintenance, some parent accounts became inactive or inaccessible, impacting associated family members.
- Expected Functionality: Impacted accounts have been restored and consolidated as needed. All associated users and transaction history have been verified and are now accessible. Specific user details can be found in the Implementation Details of #220059.
