A new full-screen option is now available for the Facility Schedule, giving you more space to view and manage reservations.

Time Range Filters for the Facility Schedule
You can now filter the Facility Schedule by specific times of day to focus on the hours that matter most.

Staff can work more efficiently by focusing only on the parts of the day relevant to their programs or tasks. This makes it faster to find availability, manage bookings and stay organized during busy periods.
Manage Fillable Forms for Pending Rentals
Staff can now view and manage Advanced Fillable Forms directly from the Pending Rentals screen when reviewing facility reservations - no need to navigate elsewhere.
Each pending reservation now displays a quick status, such as missing, completed, or N/A
Easily see at a glance whether required forms are still outstanding
When opening a pending reservation, you’ll now see a detailed list of all forms tied to that specific rental (including date, time, and facility)
Launch a form in a new tab to fill out
Resend the form link again through email if it hasn’t been completed
View and download submitted forms directly from the pending rental
Missing forms do not block approval or denial of a pending rental
Staff retain full control over reservation decisions

Quickly identify what’s missing or complete before approving or declining
Reduce time spend switching between pages to resend forms, download submissions or track status
