WCAG 2.4.6 Headings and Labels (AA)

We've enhanced the Public Catalog to comply with {{glossary.WCAG}} 2.4.6 Headings and Labels (AA) requirements by implementing proper heading hierarchy on the page.

WCAG 2.1.2 Keyboard (A) Catalog

We've taken an essential first step toward WCAG 2.1.1 Keyboard (A) compliance by enhancing keyboard navigation within the Desktop Catalog View. Users can now navigate through:

Catalog Filters
Catalog Tabs
Main Catalog Body

These improvements ensure that users navigating with a keyboard can fully interact with the Catalog. This update marks the beginning of our ongoing efforts to make the Public View fully accessible via keyboard navigation.

Add Virtual Kiosk User

A new option called Kiosk User is now available. This feature enables a Kiosk Mode, which allows members to self-serve and check in to their membership without an Internal User/Staff presence.

A new permission has been created to allow specific Access Groups to enable this feature. The Permission is in the Activity Management, the check-in section called: Allow Enabling of Virtual Kiosk User. The Tooltip will state This option allows an Internal User to navigate to the Kiosk Mode separate from the existing permission, to allow a standalone device to complete membership and ticket check-ins without the need for a User with specific permissions.

Customer Notes Disappearing

Previously, when an employee's permissions were updated to a public user, any notes made on a customer's account while the employee had internal permissions were lost. Now, these notes are retained when switching permissions.

Allow Edits to User Name with Public SSO

Public Users who create an account via Social Sign-On (Facebook, Google, or Apple) can now have their First Name and Last Name edited when Public {{glossary.SSO}} is enabled. This improvement ensures users can update and maintain accurate personal information in their profiles.

Resolved Problem Tickets

195137 Print Sign in Sheet: When sessions are imported to {{variable.Recreation Management}}, the data is not getting written to the session_date table for every session that is imported. When the data is not written to the session_date table, then the sign-in sheet does not load.
- Expected Functionality: We've fixed an issue that caused some sessions to not appear on sign-up sheets after being imported using the Data Import Tool. We're continuing to investigate why the system sometimes skipped this processing step in the first place. To help, we've added extra logging so we can gather more information and make future improvements.
169252 Document Types Field on Roster Reports: Running and exporting Roster Reports with Document Types fields selected is causing timeouts. This timeout issue is not consistent, but occurs often enough to be a disruption.
- Expected Functionality: We've optimized the underlying queries in Roster Reports to improve performance, especially when generating reports that include Document Types fields. This enhancement ensures faster and more efficient report processing.
198472 GL (General Ledger) entries applied for unqualified Membership/Activity Discounts for Equipment Rentals: Equipment Rentals applying {{glossary.GL}} entries incorrectly for all Membership/Activity discounts, regardless of customer qualification.
- Expected Functionality: When renting an Equipment Item, the Discount and Add-On {{glossary.GL}} Codes will now correctly follow the configurations defined in the equipment rental setup. Please note that these changes apply only to new transactions going forward and are not retroactive.
202728 Discount GLs are incorrect on Equipment Rental Transactions: When renting an Equipment Rental Item, the discount GL code shows up as the GL code for the rental item instead of the GL assigned to the discount.

199405 Receipt notes not displaying: Equipment rental item receipt notes are not displaying on a receipt.
- Expected Functionality: Equipment Rental Receipt Notes will now appear on receipts in a dedicated section labeled Rental Item Notes. These notes are visible whether the Equipment Rental Item is reserved on its own or as part of a Facility reservation, providing clearer communication and better documentation for rentals.
196615 Delay of Activity selection: When creating a new session/activity, the system will often need a few minutes or a couple of refreshes until it pops up as an option for connecting to a session.
- Expected Functionality: Newly created Activities now appear immediately in the Activity dropdown when setting up a Session, no more waiting or refreshing required. This update streamlines the session setup process for a smoother workflow.
197326 Payment Plan Bulk Remove Installments: When trying to bulk remove entries of a payment plan, the system becomes unresponsive and is timing out.
- Expected Functionality: The Bulk Remove Installments option in a Payment Plan now functions correctly without freezing.
174395 Refunding Add-on attached to Payment Plan: When refunding an add-on from a registration with an attached payment plan, it will cancel the entire payment plan.
- Expected Functionality: We've added a new Cancel Payment Plan Balances button to the Refund module. This enhancement allows Internal Users to preserve the structure of a payment plan when processing a refund that only includes an Add-On. This provides improved flexibility and control in partial refund scenarios.
199086 {{variable.Recreation Management}} Void Action Log
- Expected Functionality: Added a Report named System Voids Report, which will record void requests by the {{variable.Recreation Management}} software in an effort to help determine why system voids are occurring. This information will also be logged in the Global Action Log for additional visibility.
