Enhanced Filters and Pagination for Pending Reservations

We've rolled out improvements to the Pending Reservation screen to help streamline your workflow. This includes pagination, and additional filters, You can now filter by location/facility, user, reservation date, transaction date, and receipt number.

WCAG 1.3.1 Info and Relationships;

We've improved support for assistive technologies by addressing {{glossary.WCAG}} 2.2 Success Criterion 1.3.1: Info and Relationships (Level A).

Reset CivicPlus Password on Public User Accounts with PSSO

A Reset Password Field has been added for the Primary Account holder when Public {{glossary.SSO}} is enabled. This addition allows internal users to manually trigger a password reset for users. When the User resets their password, they will need to navigate to the customer's public page to log in again.

201003 Time zone is off for Public Session Refunds: Public session refund timeframe followed {{glossary.EST}} instead of the local organization's time zone.
- Expected Functionality: Public Users can now refund a transaction on the public page until the minimum allowed timeout, accurately calculated based on their local time zone.
198714 Loading issues on some Account Statements page: Lincoln Park is experiencing issues when trying to load any account statement page
- Expected Functionality: The Account Statement feature has been optimized and will display statements as expected.
201352 Survey Response Detail By Activity Filter Appearance: Customers note that when applying the Responded Before Survey Filter in the Survey Response Detail By Activity report, this does not appear in the report settings summary at the top-right corner of the report.
- Expected Functionality: The Responded After field now displays as a filter in the applicable Survey reports.
200373 Activity Data Min Age Field: The Activity Data (Current) report is not reporting the Min Age Month and Max Age Month fields.
- Expected Functionality: The Activity Data (Current) report now has two added fields for Age, Min Age Month, and Max Age Month.
204806 Close Out Report Post PHP Migration: After the PHP 8 Upgrade on 4/23/25, the Closeout report for WEBSITE is not working.
- Expected Functionality: Behavior differences between PHP8 and PHP7 caused {{variable.Recreation Management}} to build an invalid {{glossary.SQL}} query, which in turn caused a 500 error on an AJAX request. The query has been modified to account for the new PHP8 behavior.
204374 Catalog Tab Display: Some customers' public catalog tabs have been reduced in size to be very small. This occurs when a Catalog has < 5 Catalog tabs.
- Expected Functionality: We've updated the behavior of catalog tabs to enhance both usability and accessibility: Adaptive Tab Widths, {{glossary.CSS}}-Driven Styling, and Accessibility Focus.
203184 Removing Saved Payment Method not sending to gateway: Removing a Saved Payment Method in {{variable.Recreation Management}} does not appear to send a request to Pay to send to the Gateway for removal.
- Expected Functionality: When a Stored Payment Method is removed from an Account, the action will be recorded in the Account Merchant Log History, and the Saved Payment Method Remove in {{variable.Payments}} will be recorded.
