Remove a Question from a Survey Template

This article will show you how to delete a question from a Survey Template.

Important Note

Survey questions that are Required for Reporting cannot be removed. If you try to remove a required question, a pop-up will display that says This Survey Question cannot be deleted.

Instructions

1. Navigate to the Configuration tab, select Templates, and then Survey Templates

2. Edit your desired Survey Template

3. Navigate to the Questions tab

4. Select the X next to the question you wish to remove

   Note

   You cannot remove a question that says Yes in the Required for Reporting column.

5. Click Ok on the pop-up that says Delete this Survey Question?

6. Click Save Survey Template
