Remove POS Items

You can delete POS Items/Groups, which will flag them as inactive and hide them from use in the Recreation ManagementCatalog. This will not affect past transactions and receipts.

Important Note

The only way to restore deleted or archived POS items is by submitting a Support request.

Instructions

  1. Navigate to POS ItemsPOS items option in the left navigation menu.

  2. Select the category that the item you would like to remove is under expand category

  3. Select the red X next to the item you want to remove X icon next to an item.

  4. Select OK on the Delete this POS item? pop-up window Ok button on the delete this item menu.
