Increased Max Session Time

The Max Session Time (Minutes) option under Organization Settings has been increased to 1380 minutes (23 hours). This change allows customers to keep their {{variable.Recreation Management}} sessions active longer than before.

Note: If this field is left blank, the session timeout will default to 15 minutes as before.

189715 Auto Billing Report doesn't update Session fee: When the Account Adjust Balance option is used, the Auto Billing Report does not recognize the newly adjusted fee, even though the amount on the Receipt reflects the correct amount.
- Expected Functionality: The Auto-Billing Report has been enhanced to now display the auto-billed amounts for manually adjusted balances in the Account. This improvement ensures that manual adjustments are reflected alongside the auto-billed amounts, providing a more comprehensive view of all charges and adjustments.
187691 Session Bulk Enroll: When an Internal User performs a bulk session enrollment, invoices are sent to the User, when the balance due is $0.
- Expected Functionality: When a Session Bulk Enroll is completed and the total new session fee (including Add-Ons and Discounts) is $0.00, the User will no longer receive an invoice with a Balance Due link of $0.00. The Bulk Enroll feature will now only email invoices when a registration balance is owed (for example when the total session fee exceeds $0.00). This update reduces unnecessary invoice notifications and improves the user experience when no payment is required.
188308 Add-on not applying correct Minimum Quantity in Cart: When setting an Add-On to required with multiple quantities having a minimum value, the Quantity will not automatically update when added to the cart. A manual click of the + (plus) or - (minus) button is required to update the quantity to the correct amount.
- Expected Functionality: When an Add-On is configured with a Minimum Quantity, the required minimum quantity will now be automatically added to the Cart during checkout. Users will no longer need to manually adjust the quantity to meet the minimum; it will be handled automatically.
187969 Minimum Age Field not displaying correctly: When exporting the Activity Data (All) Report, minimum and max age columns do not populate correctly if the age has a month configured in the Session.
- Expected Functionality: The Activity Data (All) Report now has two added fields for Age, Min Age Month and Max Age Month.
170212 Access Group Users Report Formatting Issue: When Viewing the Access Group Users report in {{variable.Recreation Management}}, the System is not grouping data properly.
- Expected Functionality: The Access Group Users report has been updated to improve organization and readability: The report is now alphabetized first by Access Group, followed by the users listed alphabetically within each Access Group. If a user belongs to multiple Access Groups, they will appear under each applicable group.
192917 Report Emailed as Link and Public SSO Issues: With Public {{glossary.SSO}} enabled when accessing a report that was emailed as a link, there are two issues. 1) The Authentication required message reflects the legacy log-in button as opposed to the Public SSO Login button. 2) When you log in with Public SSO, the file doesn't automatically download for the User. Once authenticated, the User needs to navigate back and click on the link in your email again before the file will download.
- Expected Functionality: With Public SSO enabled, report {{glossary.URL}}s sent via email to users now provide an improved experience: If the user is authenticated and logged in to {{variable.Recreation Management}}, the file will automatically download. If the user is not logged in, a clear and actionable message will be displayed, prompting them to select the Sign In with Email option to retrieve the report.
193730 Activities Tab in the Account Transaction Browser has formatting issues: The Activities tab of the Account Transaction Browser is more indented than it was previously.
- Expected Functionality: The Activities tab within the Account Transaction History has been repositioned to be left-aligned. This adjustment creates more space, improving the visibility and readability of the information displayed in the table.
