The Service Areas in Cost Recovery are pre-defined and can be selected from a drop-down list. For example, a grouping of all Aquatics programming that is tied to one overall budget is considered a Service Area.
Service Sub Area is a group of services offered within a service area. For example, if you have a service area of Aquatics, the Service sub-area may be Lessons or Swim Team.
Predefined Service Areas are all the already included service areas in Cost Recovery. If you can't find what you are looking for, please contact Support.
